IML: Community Supported Agriculture: Local Farmer, Local Food In-Person
Curtis Milsap is the primary farmer at Millsap Farm, a diversified family run farm focused on sustainable agriculture. There is a greenhouse where they use organic practices to produce year-round. They sell directly from the farm, at Farmers Market of the Ozarks, and their CSA. He enjoys teaching others what he knows, and feels that this is an important part of sustainable agriculture.
